These aren't the heavy storms with the violence of thunder & lightning.This is that feeling that you're going to get drenched at ANY moment, just as soon as she's ready to let go.
12x18in photoshop. it's taken me 2 years to finish her (different attempts in different mediums)

I tend to slip in and out of various styles, but overall they're tall, slender, and 'slightly' cartoony. it depends on the piece

I don't normally like greyscale paintings, especially ones not heavily contrasted, but I think it works well with your piece

i checked out a contrasier(that a word..?) version and it was way too harsh. so i didn't use any whitewhites or blackblacks.. just 100% greys

i went and looked at it, i'm getting the same thing... so i posted to get some help on my LJ, and so far the other people see the text just fine! I'm soooo lost lol I'll try and figure it out though.
