OK this is anotehr mixed materials drawing I did for my business card which I used for teh San Diego Comic-con last year !This is mostly Pencil ( HB pencil ) and Inked with brush pens on Sumi ink !

All you gotta do is try.. and time shows the diffrence..
you can see what a diffrence of time does.. my buddy Freakyhedgehog here on DA posted up a drawing he did one year ago.. and his most current one.. look thru my Favs and you'll see his name.. pop over to his site and look for yourself I'm sure it will help boost yer confidence

You know what I thought when I saw this? Alex Ross. Your work has that realism factor while being comic bookish. I love it. This drawing in particular reminds me very much of that and of Nightcrawler. He he he he An excellent image.....I note you do not colour your work much, however I think waterbrush painted this one would look excellent. I am a huge Alex Ross fan.
The shading, the pose, the anatomy. It's all just perfect. I would honestly say that I could fave every single of your masterpieces but I do not want to seem like a freak 
I noted in one of your other works descriptions that you are trying to get into the comic buisness....I wish you the best of luck, it is hard to believe you are not a huge sucess already but I am sure you will be. It is only a matter of time.

Hey thanks for the compliment man ! I've had some success.. and I'm working on a project or two right now.. met wit ha buncha industry pros.. I've only just recently gone full steam into the comic-book world.. and considering it takes years sometimes to even get noticed.. the way things are goin' right now.. I think I'm doing quite well !

I really do admire your works.. it's almost superhuman that you have the instinct.. or is it experience.. or acombination of both to reproduce images like that ?
I also am torn in-between the focus of hyper realism or a more stylized twist to my illustrations.. I think if i don't THINK .. teh style will find me.

Thank you ! It was a pretty big chance i took with mixing ink and pencils sometimes the resulting image leaves it imbalanced if i don't pick the right combination.. well that happens with my chinesse food take out orders more tho.. LOL

Seriously though, awsome shading. It's like photorealistic. Or maybe it's the fumes i've been huffing from the spray paint
