I found this amazing photo someone took during the Nihon Matsuri Showcase I was a part of! The shot just looked so beautiful to me~ So THANK YOU to whoever took this.Cloud... means SO much to me. My entire life, I have related to him. I relate to him now more then ever, so I was very happy to get it all put together to a point I was pleased.

Thank you T.T!! It was my first major prop, and I really wanted to make it special. The sword it's self obviously represents Cloud's friendship to Zack. I added the ribbon symbol to represent Aeris, and how he will forever carry her life with him. I named the sword Ifalna to represent all that Aeris' Mother sacrificed. It's a very sentimental sword to me, and it kills me that it's been beat up. I hope to make another one, and add more personal touches to it.

I've learned so many new techniques since making that sword, that I'm certain that I can make it much much better. More smooth, and detailed. With it I'll probably want to add a touch to it to represent Tifa. Once this next con is over, I'll start mapping it all out in my head.
Yeahh.. it's been through quite a few showcases, cons, and masquerades. It's final performance was a showcase at a Japanese festival we have here. After that day it just has too make scratches, and dings. the tip got pretty banged up in my friends car. So it's just gonna rest in my room as a display. No way I could bring myself to throw it out.
I really really really want to make the Ultima Weapon, as well. LED line it so it glows, and I can switch it from full power to low HP.

ive seen someone make the ultima weapon, but its a bit small, but i guess its imposisble to carry if that big xDΒ

That would be a lot of fun! The hardest part is actually meeting up at a con, haha.
I usually make my props out of really lightweight material. My Buster sword is almost as tall as me, and I'm 5'10", but it's extremely light. I love making judges freak out when they ask to hold it, and see how easy it is to pick up.
I quite enjoy that pink Cid... He makes me smile xD.
