Hope everyone who is celebrating Easter is having a good one today. I love that in Australia they celebrate Easter with Bilbies instead of Bunny's to help conserve and promote their native wildlife as rabbits are invasive there...AND although I'm not Australian myself I think this is a great way to integrate conservation into a mainstream holiday that I would love to see more often! Plus I really just enjoy drawing Australian animals! <3 So here are some Easter Bilbies and Emus. I threw in the Emus because their Egg shells are naturally Teal so they look like a natural Easter Egg! and their chicks have stripes so they are really cute!
