Description
The original Hogwarts "stained glass" windows i made for my uncle were simple black cardstock and tissue paper with plastic. I thought he would only have them up for Christmas but being as hard as it is to get up and down in his attic they stayed up all year long for several years...obviously after a time the paper became bleached out and faded and the plastic didn't hold up so they all got rather grimmy and weathered by the elements. So I re-did the windows this time useing plexiglass and a faux stained glass paint called "Gallery Glass" so that they look more like actual stained glass and will hopefully hold up better to the elements year round. This is my first time offically working with Gallery Glass paints. There were some colors avialbe in the kit that unfortunately were not stocked in the craft store i bought them at, I had to get a bit creative with the colors but I think they turned out ok.

The top line is being lighted from the front with no backlighting
The bottom line is them being lit from behind with my closet lights on and all the other lights off
(not ideal lighting but hopefully they will look better with proper lighting when they are installed I will take more photos then)
