My tag word was 'blue' and I wanted to review this one so that's what I'm doing.
Firstly this is alright, not the worst I've seen, but if you say you're bad like you did in the image then you'll never improve. I know it's hard to take critique as a beginning artist, or an artist from a little bit under a year or over a year. But it's the only way you'll improve. Mouse or tablet damuro is something that is really hard to use. making it look good, difficult. Β I took the liberty to look through the comments and saw this was all you had access to. Krita is a free art program I used for a while before finding a free version of the program. Okay now onto the art itself, the head looks nice, excluding the lack of another eye. There's a bit of an off placement of the head, it's slightly more to the right. I think some sort of lineart would make this look better because I'm not a fan of blue lines meaning to be arms. The legs and arms are a bit thick. One thing I really like about this are the markings and the ears. I think you could only improve a little bit on that, as in adding lineart and making it a bit neater. I don't really know what the blue things are by the eyes.
One final thing. The words that you wrote aren't as readable as when you used the text tool. I mean they're still readable but not as so.Β

I think you should abandon MS Paint and use a diffrent art software.

Hey, MS paint can be good if you use it in the right way. The quality of art mainly relies on the artist, not the program.
