Final version of the pic uploaded as a WIP a while back. Nothing's behind the title other than it being the name of my favourite song XDFor some reason Kusy is lying on a piano with rose petals strewn about, and a silk curtain hanging behind. I wanted to have actual roses there too but it just didnt look right. I've probably made mistakes with the piano but thats not really important imo.
I'm really chuffed with how this came out.

I like the fact that with the shadows playing across the surface of the piano, it almost looks like the petals are in motion. It gives them a sense of floating over the surface as if being blown about by a wind or some other such thing. Very very cool.

I hadnt actually thought of it that way, I was actually trying to give the piano a sort of reflective look on the wood by doing that... yknow how reflected shadows dont quite touch the thing that cast the shadow? Or something. But if it gives a motion feel that's actually nicer...
