c:I was needing someone's character to draw and =skysealer suggested that I draw *Foxchibi 's Tantalum!
which was a brilliant idea since I had been wanting to anyhow. C;

I love how you incorporate the binding of the sketchbook into your work. It makes for a raw and insightful presentation. Definitely digging the feathers and toes on this guy, and the paint spatter makes for a fun effect!

(I personally like it because it makes it look more like it's part of a book... which it is) oddly enough several groups have declined my sketchbook drawings because I refused to crop out the the binding, but they have "art" in their galleries that I could argue against XD
but hey.... it's how I want to show my sketchbook. they can take it or leave it C:

:/ To a point I guess I understand the groups' actions, but since you incorporate the sketchbook itself in a pleasing and clean way, I find it a little odd that they decline your work over a less-technically-sound piece [especially since you make the binding part of the work].

Gorgeous! I really love this. The splatters of white are just wonderful and give it an almost glittering touch.
I love the creature's pose and the sweet face. The feet are beautiful as always, I hope I can draw feet that good one day! You make it look so effortless.
As always your linework is just stunning and I like that you used blue rather than black lines for this. It gives it an edge without being overpowering.

thanks! lol the feeeets. They really threw me for a loop I have no idea why they were so difficult I mean they are only one toe short than what I am used to drawing. lol (so I hope they still look alright.) haha my feetsies are nothing to be jealous of, they are completely unrealistic. (oh man and I always draw the arms way too short) XD
awww ;; thanks, yeah I have come to really dislike black ink; it is so noticeable and it is unforgiving if you make a mistake it's kinda hard to cover up at times.

I dunno how you matched her blue with trad colors, but I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I also love the white speckles everywhere, it kind of makes me think of her as if she was... space. Okay poorly worded BUT THEY LOOK LIKE STARS AND IT IS SO GORGEOUS. Hnnnnngh I love this so much thank you so very much!!! ;A;

I was afraid it was going to be too light a blue, but I think the paper did the trick with that. I went way overboard with the splatters. fail attempt at snowy/shiny/stars? I hate empty space and this is how I occupy it! (sadly my laptop is now occupied with paint splatter as well -haha-)
mhhhhhhh it's in my sketchbook, but I suppose if you reallllly love it that much it would be nothing at all to send it to you. C;

She's drawn in prisma ink and colored with copics; white charcoal pencil for the body and the splatter is acrylic paint all on recycled paper.
