I haven't thought this through much. More like wanted to capture the atmosphere of happy, healed, calm and not lonely Constantin.

Now Constantin is working with king Dunncas on fixing the damage, learning his new nature and also keeps colonists at bay. That's why he's wearing a native clothing. Tir Fradee is known and respected through fear or reasoning thanks to Constantin and DS. The island has helped to heal Constantin, so he's not looking that creepy anymore and maybe grows ginkgo peaches on his antlers at summer. Healers had been sent to the continent.
Possible romance is implied, Constantin is clearly glad to see his "cousin"
