Here ya go! I hope you like your request despite your OC!Magical Aqua, not having the right hair color ^^" I'm sorry about that. I don't have any neon magenta, so I tried combining regular magenta pencil crayon with my pink copic marker to see if it'll make a difference. I tried. Again, hope you like it anyway.
