Excitable: Runt gets excited over things pretty easily, sometimes before he knows all the details as well which can lead to some awkward moments.

Trustworthy: Despite being part of Team Rocket, Runt is quite trustworthy when it comes to secrets, he knows how and when to keep his mouth shut, especially if showed or told something in confidence.

Deceptive: While Runt is mostly a good person at heart that doesn't mean he can't and won't trick someone. He does it most times without other's even knowing. Pretending to be innocent and naive so others will underestimate him and see him less of a threat.

Protective: Runt is protective to say the least when it comes to his team, much less his actual brother.

Supportive: Runt will happily cheer someone on, and at times maybe even offer his help if he thinks it's needed.

Sharp-witted: as mentioned before he is deceptive and with that comes the smarts to keep the acts up. To keep that childlike innocence and wonder, that fake naivety despite him being quite smart enough to have grown out of those traits years ago.

Bio: Runt while a natural fusion didn't really know His mother, only that she was a Delcatty on the shorter side. It seems he got his hight from her side of the family. His father a Ampharos was charged with is care, and later on his brother Dragon as well. His childhood wasn't the most steady, especially after Dragon hatched and they had another mouth to feed. He and his father argued pretty much daily about how they needed to stop moving and the dad should find a job. However these arguments culminated until one night their father left. Abandoning the young teen and his infant half brother. From then Runt snuck into town to use his cute looks to get scraps of food, and even stealing if he had too. He wanted to keep his brother fed above anything, Dragon was his main priority, even now he is. One of these thieving escapades however ended with Runt stealing from a rocket grunt, and leading them back to the small abandoned shed he and Dragon used as shelter. Forced between a beating or joining Rocket. Runt of course chose joining Team Rocket, he was too malnourished to put up a good fight, and his brother was too young to truly fight back yet. That however was years ago. Now almost an adult Runt is a proud member of Team Rocket, using his cute charm to distract people during missions or to catch enemies off guard.
