After the last panel of the comic linked above, I knew I had to draw these three girls in the outfits Reisen presented.

Lately, I keep doing these extra drawings, huh. I mean, for 67 comics, I've never done any of them, and then, over the span of 13 comics, over a year, I've made 3 of them. xD;
On the one hand, I really should draw some other things (since I have enough ideas for pictures), but on the other hand, these kind of little extra pictures are fun to do, so whatever. xD

As for why each character is wearing the outfit they do: I wanted to draw them in an outfit they are rarely seen in.
Since Reisen in a moon rabbit and a doctor's apprentice, she's been seen in the other two outfits a lot, so I decided to give her the maid outfit.
Meiling is seen in a maid outfit a number of times as well (usually when doujins are about a time when Sakuya is not working at the SDM, or when Sakuya and Meiling switch roles). And because I wanted Meiling to be in the pose shown in the picture, she needed a skirt, so that lead to the nurse outfit.
Komachi could have worn any of them, really, so she got the remaining one.
