The Action Hero= The John McClane type hero who fights the bad guys to protect everyone else.

The Hostages= Whoever you want to be held captive

The Mastermind= The one who planned out the hijacking/kidnapping They may be directly involved in the hijacking or be in another location entirely directing the other bad guys on what to do.

The Hijackers/kidnappers= The people involved in the hijacking

The Vehicle/Location= It can be a plane a train or bus or even a hotel Whatever you like.

The Police/FBI= The authorities who try and usually fail to stop the bad guys.
