The Associate= Kiki (Kiki's Delivery Service) A teenage Japanese immigrant and witch Kiki started up a delivery service in order to make money and soon starts to take deliveries for a very shady client unaware of what it is she's delivering When she discovers she's been working for mobsters she is horrified and wanting to quit but they very quickly make it clear she has no choice but to keep doing deliveries for them or else bad things could happen to her.

The Friend in the Mob= Yoshi (Mario) A mysterious dinosaur mobster Yoshi is the one who interacts with Kiki the most at first acting friendly and kind but once the truth gets out he drops the facade revealing his true very carnivorous self.

The Boss= Mario (Mario) A powerful crimeboss with ties to many criminal organizations Mario has recently started up a drug smuggling ring and is making lots of money off of it.

The Consigliere= Luigi (Mario) Mario's cowardly brother Luigi serves as his number 2 in the organization

Underboss= Mr. Krabs (Spongebob) A dangerous greedy mobster Mr. Krabs serves as the Underboss for Mario's operations but his greed and cowardly nature may prove to be his undoing

The Rival Mob Boss= Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic) A younger up and coming mobster Sonic is a dangerous rival to mario's gang eager to take over Brooklyn's crime operations.
