=== NINJA GAIDEN: RISE OF THE DARK TOWER ===
In the city of Japan, A mysterious dark tower from the Realm of Chaos has suddenly appeared, It covers the world in profound darkness and slowly it's looming curse of dark energy and hatred spreads over all the inhabitants of Japan, transforming the very nature of the human world into a baron wasteland of havoc and destruction. The curse of the dark tower has affected many lives, including the master ninja of the Hayabusa Ninja Clan, Ryu Hayabusa.

After coming in contact with the dark energy of the tower, Hayabusa is subjected to it's curse and his appearance has been changed into that of a dark demon warrior of the shadow realm, his body now covered in bio-armor and infused with dark energy coursing through his veins slowly dragging him into darkness and taking away part of his humanity.

The only thing that seems to ease Ryu's subjection to the curse is that of Kokoro's pure heart and soul, Only her love for the ninja master can keep his humanity intact and in turn help him to break the curse of the dark tower.

To break the curse of the dark tower over the entire city of Japan, Ryu must confront the demonic hordes that reside within the tower, find the core and destroy it with the Blade of the Archfiend in his hands. Will Ryu Hayabusa be able to stop the curse of the dark tower in time? No matter what comes in his way, Ryu must put an end to this evil once and for all and save mankind from this evil threat.
