JOURNAL 3 SPOILERSDIPPER'S REAL NAME AND ALL THAT
"He smiled. I realized how much he trusted me--and what a shame it was that he was leaving at the end of the summer."
The biggest reason I bought this book, and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful scene between one of my favorite duos of all time. And I cried, so much. I had never grabbed my sketchbook and started drawing as fast as I had once I read this part.
What really makes this even more important than it already is is that this takes place directly after The Last Mabelcorn. You know, the episode where Dipper thinks Ford is possessed by Bill and has a breakdown, chanting "trust no one" over and over. And yet, Ford is the only person he tells his real name to. Ok. Yeah. I get it. Alex wanted to kill me one last time. Ending his show just wasn't enough.

great adaption, I just watched the series all over again. Haven't seen it since the finale in 2016. Decided to so I can wait a little longer of the complete dvd series for maybe a price drop.

Given that conspiracies tend to perceive groups like the masons as a marriage of power, taboo, and occultism it's kind of weird that three of the most popular Dip ships are with: an heiress with a basket full of family secrets, his twin sister, and a demon shaped like the eye of providence. Weirder than the show already was anyway. Scratch that the show was much weirder.

journal #3! alex hirsch wrote it. it's an exact replica of the one from the show, only it's written in a diary format with ford's point of view for half of it and dipper's point of view in the other half. i found it at barnes and noble, i'm sure you can find it at any bookstore or online.

I got the book yesterday and read the entirety of it and it broke me ahaha I didn't expect so much from it. All of Ford's BG, what's beyond the portal *o* (I love his handwriting too for some reason) and te end with Fiddlefors made me cry too xD

UGH wasn't it wonderful? i cried pretty hard at the end. especially when ford saw fiddleford's cubic's cube finally solved again, and decided not to touch it. and i LOVED his handwriting, it was so fitting X'D

YES. Really I thought it was just gonna be a nice item of what you see in the show for fans who like to collect. But it was so much more than that. It was a real diary, with a real story! It was wonderfully done from beginning to end.
This image at the end with the Stans sleeping awwww and I loved the part when Ford describes Dipper and thinks he has a condition because he's just so excited to see the author xD

This is even better then I could have imagined!!!! Sunday(The day I got my journal) I said that Mason could be his name because all I knew was it began with an M (I hadn't gotten to that part yet) and it Was Mason! I guessed RIGHT!
