Description
So I went with Phanteon for the name; but for the record, I was serious about the voting thing before. Xp
-edit: I'm putting the black+white version in scraps- <- can't figure out how anymore

I did reeeeaaaally want to put a background in this one, but since I'm still not very good at them.. I didn't want to ruin the picture

Anyway. The um.. ectoplasm.. or.. ghostly flames (I guess you could call them?) are reversed from the original drawing (here) shade-the-umbreon.deviantart.c… ,
and I tried to make the red part look similar to Amaterasu's design (from Okami) because I always thought it looked spirit-y or ghostlike.

I also changed the design on its back, and added one on both arms. basically they're like Umbreon's rings; though they always glow yellow.

So enjoy the cute/creepy ghost~

Phanteon is one of eight evolutions of Eevee.

Despite their appearence, these pokemon are very affectionate. Many people avoid catching them, however, because they fear its wagging tail coming too close when they pet it. Phanteon can usually be found in graveyards or holy places.

pt.2- It has been said since ancient times, that those brave enough to befriend Phanteon are gifted with abnormally long lifespans; because the pokemon will ward off death with the scythe on its tail. Studies have proven that they do grant long life, but have yet to find out how or why.
