Who I want to love; I dare not hurt them.
Where I want to be; too far away to be there.
What I wish; Absolution.
What I dream: of you.
The blade is cold; and the wound is scarring.
The pain I feel; not only physical.
The wound remains; Left as a penance.
I must stay away; or I'll disappoint again.
I know it's over; I've gone too far.
Mind is depressed; I am aware.
Love is suppressed; I have to do this.
Here I am; Melancholy.
Where I am; Purgatory.
Surrounded; Yet so alone.
