He (and another younger horse of mine) were chosen to partake and I am perfectly content with them being portrayed as adults so that you may enter the required classes ^^. (Though I'm not 100% sure that they realized they're foals when they were added to the gala

Yes, it does turn out that I am not allowed to compete, but that's alright. I have acquired a slot with a stallion, and have started contacting the owners of some mares, so hopefully soon I'll be able to get a foal! So exciting!
