Here and there, but most of it came from www.asmc.de and a shop we (Charlie Squad, the Heavy Unit. And also a lot of other Umbrella NL members) visit often in Amsterdam, called Victory Outdoor. All kinds of military/survival gear there
You can get the mask on eBay, or at a shop that sells paint-masks ^^
