I went with the first two colors and the last one for her eyes. Then it said to use black or dark blue for the mane and tail to create a striking visual effect. So I went with black and the dark blue as an accent color. I wasn't sure I was going to like the dark hair with the vibrant body but I actually love it a lot.

Alternately, a stylized lightning bolt or a trail of speed lines could also convey her swift and agile nature.
