Colette Brunel (left) and Zelos Wilder from Tales of Symphonia for Gamecube/PS2.If you haven't played or seen someone else play ToS... you probably won't have a clue about who these 2 are...
Or you've seen pics of them and have no clue who they are... 
Anyway, Colette and Zelos are called "Chosen". Chosen earn angel wings and such in the game, even though you don't see Zelos' wings (unless you fight him 
)... but Zelos is such an endearing character... why would you want to fight him?

I kinda wish Zelos could use his angel skills in more battles than just the one in which you fight him. Then again, I wouldn't wish the results of Colette's transformation onto him. ("This angel transformation definitely doesn't look like something I want to go through." -Zelos)

I really need to re-do this one... it's an older one, and I've learned so much since then..
He gets to use them in the PS2 version... how come the GC owners aren't so lucky?

Yeah, I have a pic of Kratos that I need to redo for the same reasons.
There's a lot of stuff in the PS2 version that I'm envious of. Extra moves, extra anime cutscenes, extra sidequests ... and extra costumes. Colette wearing Lloyd's outfit = WIN!

lol, niceness. i never fought zelos in the game. that wouldve suked if i had to fight him... i played as zelos! who could i have been if i had to fight???

XD I play as Zelos too. I've fought him, but I didn't know that he'd be gone for good when I did... 
But before I get Zelos, I play as Lloyd, and when I get Kratos, I play as him 'til he leaves the group.

if you beat the game without zelos, and kratos instead, does the picture at the end with the whole gang have kratos standing in it and not zelos? i never beat the game without zelos, so i dont know...

Well, to avoid fighting Zelos, you CANNOT talk to Kratos when you visit the doctor, then spend the night in Flanoir. You can talk to anyone you want EXCEPT Kratos. If you talk to Kratos, you'll end up killing our favorite Chosen, and you will not see him again until you start a new game and get all the way back to Tethe'alla.

Here's how to get Kratos:
1. Whoever comes to your door and wants you to go outside with them, say "I'm sorry."
2. If you hear Kratos' voice say, "Lloyd...", and if Kratos is in the top 4 of your characters' highest affection ratings, you'll either go outside automatically (if you've denied the other 3 characters), or you'll get a choice to either go outside or stay inside (if you haven't talked to all of the other 3... For example: You talk to one or 2 of the others, deny them, then hear Kratos' voice. Then you'll get the choice.)
