ThirtyOne was a Lieutenant who served within the 1031th Attack Legion. He was responsible for the Radar Platoon, a platoon that formed part of the Scanner Company, a Company that was led by Captain Advance.
ThirtyOne was a demanding and strict leader, shown to be mostly strict regarding the regulations and protocols that he and his men were expected to follow. Many of the men who served alongside him just saw him as a tedious and party pooper person. It is true that ThirtyOne was not the funniest person of all and that he was a first class bore , but to make up for it , he was an excellent leader during battles , being a good strategist , in addition to the great concern he had for all his brothers . Despite finding him a boring person, everyone respected and trusted ThirtyOne, entrusting their lives to the Lieutenant.
