Sorry, but the only things I really like about this piece are it's colours and the detail in the jewellery, although a little blurred.
I'll try to be constructive over this... I don't mean to offend you, so don't take this personally, but this must be one of the overused pictures on deviantArt. You may want to tone down on using the smudge tool - you've dragged darker-shaded areas of his neck up into his cheek, and his hair now looks like it has little varied depth.

i should re do parts, and yes im a blur freek...but after you do his hair, all you wanna do is finish allready....it takes forever....and thanks i always like hearing what i should do to improve
