During the Androids and Cell Sagas, Bulma decided to pull off her ultimatum, much to Vegeta's dismay. Bulma's plan involved resurrecting Nappa, Vegeta's old partner. Bulma believed resurrecting Nappa could help them out during the attacks.BTW, Nappa is gonna be reformed following this saga and he'll be alive.
