Okay, chocolate... I'm a theobromiphile too. Used to be, I was all over milk chocolate, especially swiss milk chocolate. But these days, it's the dark stuff. Not sure why I made that change...not sorry I did...

OMG. Too right! 60% or better! You can even get it spicy! Dagobah chocolate is organic with a wee bit of chili pepper! 74% cacao too!

Yeah, me too. I'm a sucker for really really SMOOTH chocolate. Cadbury dark can be delightful in this regard. I don't like the spicy bits much either, but I just had to try the Dagobah ones. After all, they're named after the planet that Luke landed on to meet Yoda in Empire Strikes Back!

I used to work in a chocolate factory in Milwaukee. They made Chunky brand candy bars. I had the best job ever! I worked in the SAMPLE department! The company encouraged you to eat as much chocolate as you wanted because within the first week, you get a chocolate headache which is like a migraine. It's awful. Ninety percent of people don't eat a lot of chocolate at work after that. I was one of those, but I learned to nibble so that I could have chocolate every day without the headaches...
