Description
Completed this last night. Colours were achieved with my actions and desaturated it a bit. The background was created by me. The magic sparkles were created using the default brushes. Ok. i have a confession to make. I SUCK AT DRAWING BALLOONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok. im cool now
