Description
An industrial city in the clouds. And the rain pours and corrodes.I did this as a test of several techniques.

I absolutely adore the textures in this piece. The black lines, especially because of their thickness, leave me disturbed but the bright blue balances that impression while at the same time oddly emphasizes it. I like how you've made it look old and worn, it gives it character.
