Hija del emperador Argus Kaiser , es una alicornio mecánica que fue creada por su propio padre, para algún día legarle su trono una vez que haya aprendido todo sobre el reino aéreo Steampunk. Al tener poco tiempo de ser creada, siente curiosidad de sus alrededores (algo que deja a su padre un poco preocupado), es amiga de Magna Fashion , con quien juega de vez en cuando y es confiado por el emperador para cuidarla, además de que hace para ella los mejores vestidos y joyas. Tiene un sistema de tecnología de avanzada semi-equivalente a la de su padre, pero con una función distinta: su melena y cola están hechos de plasma, emitidos desde unos generadores; uno, dentro de su cabeza y el otro en el exterior desde su parte posterior, ambos resuenan con ayuda de su corona, que al descansar o para recargarse se desmonta como una targeta SD, su melena y cola cambian de color dependiendo de su estado de ánimo y su plasma es controlado gracias a la válvula de su pecho que conecta con un par de pipas que moderan el flujo, para volar activa una función que revela unas alas holográficas junto con sus propulsores ubicados debajo de sus pezuñas, dándole una velocidad muy buena, asimilándose a la de un avión fantasma, y su cuerpo está hecho de varios metales brillantes y bien pulidos, dándole un aspecto regio e impecable, se alimenta de la energía del viento que almacena desde su boca y es depurada en su interior para también descontaminar el viento a su paso.
