It can get really tricky if a developer spots your art and wants to know just where you got those files from, people have been contacted by lawyers over this. I know Forender has, he had to switch sites, and changed his vendor name. He used to be Wartech, then Warstech, on different sites, and his server has been in different countries. Technically, it's illegal to sell any material that has copyright material as it's source, like Star Wars, Marvel, ME or any movie or game. Most overlook it, but it can get you into some hot water.

Yeah, I don't sell any art using them. But I live in a third world country that's headed to the abyss, 30% yearly inflation, US currency forbidden to own by corrupt politicians, a president that's half fascist, half clinically insane, temps of 100 F causing 10 day power blackouts, riots... so any US company fatso that might be bothered is welcome to try
