This is literally the first piece I managed to create since last update. I was sketching a lot but last weeks was a bit of an artblock-state for me.My sister introduced me to "Steven Universe" when I was home and now she has a companion to fangirl the cartoon
I needed a warm-up, I wasn't painting for a while, so I picked a random scene from the show to ilustrate. Lapis, trying to flee before Jasper caught her. I randomly got fascinated by the idea of drawing these wings made of water)www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccZuKO…

I love the drama in these pieces! It's frozen 2-D art, but yet it feels like a blink of a moment, like this captures just one second of Lapis trying to fly away. There's so much gorgeous motion in the wings and the way you've painted the scene.

Not sure if I like the drop details or not - they seem a bit too big and "in the face" imho. But I love the choose of color and the light in this piece.

I'm not sure about those details too, I probably should have chosen some parts of those wings to be more "sketchy". But onthe other hand the drops aren't so visible anyway I guess

Bardzo się cieszę słysząc że to twarz i skrzydła zabierają uwagę- głównie te miejsca wykończyłam żeby "przysłoniły" resztę malunku i tam padał wzrok : D I ta piosenka- jedna z tych które jak usłyszałam to słuchałam zapętloną przez 2 dni przy pracy x'D Aż miło trafić na takie perełki

Fakt, do gustu tak na stałe i bardziej przypadają mi czasem osobliwe pozycje) Ale bardzo lubię kreskówki, szczególnie fascynuje mnie proces powstawania i opowiadanie historii/postaci w formie uproszczeń które będą też zrozumiałe i atrakcyjne dla młodszych a nie banalne
Czemu Ci tak konta kasują masowo?Nie zdążyłam odpowiedzieć na poprzednią pulę komentarzy a Twoje ostatnie konto już widnieje jako niekatywne
