Sorry for the really late reply. I've been mulling over how to explain it, but it's much easier to show you in front of you how to use a base. You can always look up different tutorials on here how to do hair on MS Paint (which is the program I use for my bases).

For now I'm only able to do traced bases (make traced bases). I still kinda suck when I make original bases. Yes you can make a request.
