Ah, Carlos! I noticed the poor guy gets hardly noticed(not as nearly as much as other male RE characters atleast). Very cute, I love the colors and the pose.
I think that famous line from RE3 went like this:

1) Ask Wesker. He was running around the streets. Or ask Ada. She probably had another one with her. Or Nemesis was just damn happy to see Jill, if you know what I mean. Really, though. It's not explained.

It would of been interesting to see how Mikhail, Carlos, Murphy, Tyrell, and Nicholai all worked together before RE3 and how they interacted. Such an array of personalities there.
I wish they didn't kill off Mikhail as early as they did in RE3. Then again, same goes for any other characters from other Resident Evil games that gets killed early on(Marvin and Kendo).

Maybe we shalt see those guys in the UC games like since they are so prone to be remaking games that is not a bad thing since we might have those guys appear. Yeah would have been nice to get to know them a bit first. At least Marvin you get to see in Outbreak file 2

I never really liked Carlos, I wouldn't erase him from the Residen't evil wrold, but somehow, I never liked him... for my point of view, Carlos lacks personality... but you really managed to get the right color to his pants!...
