Anyone recognise this lil' gal? ;DDespite how rarely I drew her, Sketch seemed to gain quite a bit of popularity and a few fans that squeed over how cute she was. This is her reaction.
Quite self-deprecating, this little one is. "Self-esteem?" What's that?
I'd like to color this someday, but I'm not really sure if I will.

it seems like you drew this just to make her seem cuter to those who called her cute. I think she's alright... her hand looks a little awkward in this pic though she looks scrunched up

... Yeeees, I noticed that a lot of people seemed to like her, so I drew a cute pic of her for them. Is that a crime?
As for "cuter"... well, it's supposed to be a cute pic. And my style had changed since the last time I drew her. I say "had" since this is from more than three years ago, making any constructive crit now kinda pointless.
As for being a "pitty character", as you so charmingly put it, her self-consciousness is just a part of her character; it's not designed to garner pity.
When I was younger, I had a poor self-image and I was near incapable of finding myself pretty, regardless of how many people said I was. Sketch, being my "Stitchsona," reflects this silly aspect of my younger self. That's it.

I also have an experiment namd Sketch. What is her primary function? Though they look nothing alike,Well... except fot the big ears.

But I think she is cute.
There are many kinds of cuteness. Sketch just isn't cute in that all too common "Look-I-am-small-cute-fluffy-and-pink-and-my-eyes-are-oh-so-huge-and-sparkling!!!" way. She is cute in that shy and ordinary way. She is pretty much the girl next door. And most of us either are that girl next door or some day get married with one.
It is all about the point of view in the end. In my point of view she is cute.
It is good to see her again.
