Description

Made a little bat family bookmark for myself. I'm currently working on a Green Lantern one and a flash family one.

For those of you who don't know, here are the characters (From Top to Bottom).

Batman (Well, duh. I don't think I have to really say much here).
Cause he's THE BATMAN!

Nightwing
Richard (Dick) Grayson was the first boy wonder to take on the costume. He was an acrobat in the circus as a boy, but when his parents were killed in a trapeze accident, Bruce Wayne adopted him, understanding his loss. He later grew up, and became Nightwing!

Red Hood
The robin after Dick Grayson. He was unfortunately murdered by the joker with a crowbar in a warehouse. However, he was resurrected (by reasons) and he became the Red Hood. However, he turned against Batman for not avenging his death. Now on the path of redemption, he uses the skills batman taught him to fight crime as an anti-hero.

Red Robin
The third robin. Tim Drake became robin when he figured out Batman's and Nightwing's secret identity, and confronted Dick about becoming Robin again. He believed batman needed a robin like robin needed a batman. (Also Batman was doing some pretty crazy things on his own.) Nightwing refused, so Tim took on the costume. He was the only Robin heading to a normal boy hood, until his parents were murdered. When Damian (the next Robin) came into being, Tim and Damian had a rivalry between them. Tim is now currently Red Robin.

Robin
Damian Wayne is Bruce Wayne's (Batman's) son. He was raised by his mother Talia Al Ghul to be an assassin, and he isn't afraid to kill criminals (this is important because Batman has a 'rule' that he doesn't kill in the comics). Tim and him didn't get along very well. When Bruce Wayne disappeared, Dick Grayson took on the Batman role (Tim was Red Robin at this time). Dick decided to give Damian the role of Robin because he believed it would be better for him. When Bruce Wayne returned, Bruce and Damian had a bit of a rocky relationship. Damian was looking for approval, while Bruce just wasn't a very good father. Alfred was more of a father to the boy. Damian also has a dog called Titus that he is rather fond of.
