this is very good! keep up the good work my friend!
the shading is very nice, the coloring is beautiful, the picture itself has a majestic feel (in my opinion)
the blur makes it look like someone is remembering their face, or they are in a dream of sorts (whether their own or someone else)
the wings are nicely detailed, the feathers look somewhat realistic and they dont stick out unevenly (unlike some of my wings sadly)
all in all, as said before, this is a very good picture, so keep up the good work and strive to find more ways to improve.
