If confusion had an appearance I wonder what it would be.
If my confusion was visible he would only be seen by me.

Others are oblivious to his fully mortal existance.
I am the only one, conscious of his persistance.

He taunts me, tortures me, tangles and ties my thoughts,
Angers me, perplexes me, without ever getting caught.

Others think I'm raving, lunacy revealing itself,
But it's confusion you idiots! Not my mental health.

At night-time confusion pounces, oppurtunity arrives;
Then off my idle brain he feeds causing him to thrive.

Confusion, you bastard, when will you leave me alone?
"Not until I've controlled your thoughts and every single bone."

Confusion, confusion, I hate you, why me? I plead.
But silence consumes my ears, instead of the answers that I need.
