Story:
Pierce isn’t the person with rich parents but happens to have rich parents. His parents give him grant monkey to buy an old traditional house, an Akiya farm house where he could renovate to create a place to live and work on what he loves; plants.

After four years of college, graduating with a major in botany. He wished to continue in his study and work with the things he loves, different kinds of plants, and provide and sell the plants he grows and hybrids.

A year after getting out of school, he didn’t know how to keep studying botany or be around plants because he couldn’t get into internships or find a place that was hiring anywhere near him or far away at a green house so one day he made a quick decision. That decision was to make his own world and place to work. For a week he was searching for places that would work for his needs but a lot of places were to high in price or too small or just not what he wanted. During this time he started to seed a few flowers to sell in the nearby farmer market to make a little bit of extra cash for himself and to save for a place.

Things continued liked this for a month until his parents decided to help their son to find a place that would be a great place to build his space. One of the reasons was that their son had just about took over the yard, the bathroom, and the house. So they thought it was time to give their son a better chance to afford his own place. Another month later, Pierce found a lovely place and large enough to work in. The house needed big improvements but he was excited to get right to work. Throughout the year, he worked on fitting up the house to weeding the farm area around his house so that he could start planting fruiting trees and flowering bushes.

Presently Pierce is enjoying and is in love with his new house. In the beginning he was nervous about leaving away from home and alone but he got used to it quite easily because he kept himself busy all day by working on the house, checking his plants that he keeps around the different rooms, and walking his tree and bushes farm. He is also grateful for the neighbors around for being so welcoming and helpful.
