Last art of 2023?I noticed that there had been a character that I always neglected when it came to give her a formal outfit, so I decided that it was about time for my OC Elaine to finally get a dress!
Anyway, the idea is that she is an outsider in a asian-like country so... She is taller and heavier than most and the outfit only works because she had a corset added to it (and I spent quite some time working on a dress working with that angle).
