When I was but a young thing, I played lots of Sonic the Hedgehog. The original, Sonic 2, Sonic 3...anyhow, I always loved to play as Tails. Recently, I was so mind-numbingly bored as to dig out my old Sega Genesis, hook it up (I still can't believe I remembered how), blow the dust out of the cartridges and give 'em another spin after all these years. At the end of one level, I had lost all my rings and still had the end boss thing to beat. What wise words spaketh I? "Oh, I'm so gonna kick your ass! And I don't need rings to do it!"Heh. Needless to say, much ass was kicked and upon the defeat I actually stood up and yelled, "That's right! Nobody fucks with the fox!"
And then I had to draw it. So this is Tails - rarely do I draw fan art in "my style" but as I had no reference at the time, I was sorta forced to. I obviously didn't spend loads of time on the coloring (busy with trades and other, non-art stuff) but I thought it was cute enough to upload. If for nothing else, then for nostalgia's sake. Enjoy.--

Love how you drew it in a simple style and yet the muscles are so subtly and perfectly there, in the way his body is turned. Did you use marker and watercolor pencils?! It's a very sleek coloring job, thumbs up!

LOL!!! I had a friend that played that game, and I always loved to try and beat his skill...(losing was a trivial thing, mind you...) I loved sonic when I was young!! He was my hero...Tails was okay, but zonic rocked my socks...
But, excluding MY personal preference, this totally ROCKS!!! You can do an excellent depiction of tails, even if it IS your style!!! *commends your work* ^^

TAILS > SONIC anyday. I ALWAYS played as Tails. I still have a Sega Genesis HOOKED up in my room. I should play it. Anyways, CUTE! I love this!

I'm favin' this. This is just awesome.
It's worth mentioning that I still have a Genesis from when I was five. XD Still play it too! Guess wut my fave games are? Anything Sonic related. Number one, two, three, Sonic 3D, I love 'em all except Sonic Spinball. That one could have used a touch of work.

I always liked Tails. My brother had a Sonic computer game that I would occasionally play... always as Tails. And I liked him on both TV shows that I watched occasionally.
He's still as cute as ever in your drawing!
