I do like how it focuses more on just Peter or Kraglin's reaction to what happened though. It looked like Yondu and Rocket were starting to form a good friendship, but it got cut short.Β

Agreed. I think the film handled the scene perfectly. Anything more would have ruined the pacing and the final shot of rocket speaks volumes on its own. Anyway, thanks for commenting and favoriting

responding to both comments here. Thank you! I too appreciate some major angst and drama. Just allows to put extra emotion into a piece. And as for Rocket's physique, maybe too skinny. It might be the fault of my art style when I sketch. Thanks for taking time to comment and offering criticism.
