Still sick and I'm feeling kinda down today so I'll try to make this description fast.

I got her done in time before mermay ended! She was supposed to be done months ago but I lost motivation to work on her. Sorry shes out at the very end of mermay.;; Anyway shes not as good as my mermaid Meiko as she does suffer from a glitch unlike her but I really did try my best.

The glitch: With physics turned on the cape will go through her tail.

I thought I'd have Cul with her hair down as a mermaid. Doesn't she look pretty? I don't understand why she doesn't have more fans, her voice is beautiful, she shows emotion in her singing, and her design is cool! o:
