My friend wanted a "random Zappa painting", so I gave him just that. I had my cousins over for a girls' night and we did the background. I wanted it to be as random as possible. Haha, what's more random than high school girls throwing nail polish everywhere?? I drew on a Zappa head, and then left it sitting for a few months because I had no idea how to finish it. The tentacles came second and then the anchor. The chain followed that... and then the fish emerged. I found some fabric at a thrift store for $.50. Haha, I started looking at the pattern and decided it looked like random sea creatures. I'll have to post close up of the fish. They were pretty fun!
