I'm afraid I only know about three Cyrillic letters and next to no Russian or whatever Slavic language this is in. Is there a way you could provide an English translation to your description? I'd like to know more about it because the picture is really interesting

Even bad English is understandable. Most English speakers actually will get the gist of what you're saying. It's a major misconception a lot of non-English speakers have is that a new speaker who's still learning won't be understood.
In reality; the extra rules are a good thing; because most of them simply refine the language in it's form. In actuality, simple and what I like to call "New Speaker's" English is still understandable. I actually have been around foreigners (I live in a major tourist area of an English Speaking nation) and I can still understand their English.
And as long as you show the original of the (I'm guessing Russian) description in it's original language, people will understand you're new to English. I actually find learning languages fun (because it's too easy in my opinion; but useful) and I say that every new speaker, if they speak a sentence in the language and only the language, can be understood.

Even people having a low lvl of knowing English try to shape themselves out and use Google Translator to show, that they are not that useless. But it comes out funny in most of the cases, so, I think it is quite better to speak your native language, if you don't have skills or ambitions for learning another. c8

Oh yes.
However, what most people using translators forget is that a lot of the time; even if it comes out funny, an English Speaker will at least be able to understand it.
The same goes for almost any language. As long as a sentence follows the basic structure and uses words in that langauge specifically, they can understand what you're trying to say; even if it's rather basic.
I often understand; English does come with at least a hundred little rules to it. However, it is a world trade language (thanks in part to the British and not the Americans) and an unfortunate fact of programming is that programming standardization started off primarily with English
I realize how diverse everything really is, but sometimes translators can still be a good thing
