Junjou Romantica is on my wait list, haven't started Sekaiichi Hatsukoi yet but plan to. I never heard of Honto Yajuu, looking into it right now. LOL
Some of my personal faves are: Katekyo(also known as Private Tutor), Yubisaki no Koi(fingertip love), Saa Koi ni Ochitamae, Otona Keikenchi,Lucky Item, and the last two are. Dekiru Otoko no Sodatekata,& Doushitemo Furetakunai. Most of them are already complete. I hate waiting majority of the time, so I target the ones that are finished already.
practically my whole list of mangas I HAVE read are all yaoi! (my family doesn't even know how far I go into it I worry that my mom with think I'm a complete pervert so I don't bother telling her .)

Lol I haven't told many ppl about my Yaoi love....well not everyone that isn't on DA haha would be funny though. Some of them gave me weird looks....although interestingly enough my boyfriend was cool with it. I didn't bother going all fan girl though lol don't wanna creep him out too much.
There are sooo many that I've read that I can't even remember the name cuz they were too complex Japanese names and I knew I wouldn't be able to pronounce nor spell it haha

Some I remember clearly and some I can say it but yet I can't spell it out. It's understandable to think and be the same way you are.
Sense I had free time I already started Hunto Yajuu, It's really goon. Another one to the waiting list waiting is hard sometimes! I guess we'll have to wait together for Vie Finders next chapter.
