you can take anything you want from this one, but for me it's not Amy/11 it just represents how that fragile trust that's grown between them will be tested and fractured, like Amy herself, in season 6. Moffat has said the secret she'll keep from the Doctor will cause her to deteriorate. I hate that idea, but, funnily enough Moffat doesn't take all my feelings into account when he writes things (or, rather, I think he does: he makes up monsters to give me nightmares).

Amy trusted the Doctor when she was a child because she was a child and because he fixed her wall. She had trouble trusting him after that because she'd grown up but more because he left her. He promised five minutes but, whatever his intentions, didn't come back. And he didn't even say goodbye when he left after Prisoner Zero. "He always leaves you, doesn't he? Alone in the dark." the Dream Lord says. he also tells Amy that the Doctor will never apologize for it. The Doctor tells Amy that she has to trust him because he can't always tell her the truth. Trust is built between them in season 5, and I think by the end, there's a solid base of it. She knows that while she may not always understand or like the way the Doctor operates, he will come through. He knows that while she's wild and...Amy, that she's a good person.

But in season 6, they will both keep things from each other. The Doctor lies. And their relationship is going to change forever. I think that it's really quite a fragile thing, despite everything they've been through, and very precious. It will probably be hard to watch it all fall apart.

Amy herself is going to crack in season 6, which is sad because she is so strong. I love that strength and fiery passion. But everyone has limits and traveling with the Doctor can break more than just his heart, even in a non-romantic way.
