Roga Harumi, age 13 and a genin from the Village Hidden in the Snow. She is on a team with her older brother, Reiichi, and their father is Roga Nadare. Not much is known about her and her genin team, or even their jounin sensei. However, they were taught to hate ninjas from Konohagakure... what are they up to?Harumi is Reiichi's younger sister and one of only two children that Nadare had.

As for the outfit, I had to watch the movie again...just so I can get a feel of what a Snow ninja's outfit would look like. Especially with them wearing chakra armor...^_^
