This was taken on my camera phone since I didn't have my camera on me at the time. I'm surprised I didn't take many pictures for Sailor Moon this year since the voice actorness Stephanie Sheh, the Viz dub was at Metrocon this year sadly didn't get to meet her.When I asked this cosplayer if she had planned to meet her she didn't seem all that interested. Got a few pictures on my phone as well as a picture with her.
