the Dark Knights has returns.....but sadly, there's yet any screening for this movie. dammit..
thus, I watch all the batman the movies series, to cure the pain of waiting...
ok, let me rate the movies...
Batman ... good
Batman Returns... good, and feel sad for penguin...
Barman forever... nice, but yet not like 2 above...
Batman and Robin.... TRASH....

batman supposed to be a DARK knight stories....
I dont like how it turns to be colourful like in BnR. this goes same to batman forever, but luckily, they mantain to show the dark side of the story.

I have to disagree with you a bit.
I see Batman as very versitile hero, who can be quite serious, somewhat light hearted and just about anything in between, depending on the interpiation. And in the past years, there has been many, many interpitations.
Don't forget that Batman started out as a character in a comic called Detective Comics (or was it Stories, I forget). Back in the days when his costume was not all black.
Of course, that interpitation might be trash. That is why I have to agree that Batman & Robin IS quite a load of rubbish.
