So this is one anthropomorphic character who is not a furry. That proves the two words are not equal and that the first one is more general and open.

Mayhem is one of Lapfox's characters, her style is Nu-rave breakbeat. i absolutely love her style, you should check her out. i especially reccommend the songs 'how i love' 'don't cry jennifer' and 'eggs'
